Photo Cosmetics

In this section, you can see some of my cosmetic work. This ranges from creating images from scratch, cleaning up an existing photo, or just modifying the mess out of one. You will see the original photo that I started out with on the left, and then the finished version on the right.

While viewing the pictures, you may click on any of them at any time to view a larger version; it will open in a new popup window. When you are done viewing the picture, just close the new window and you should return to the category that you were just in. The Full sized versions of these images have been scaled down to better fit your screen.

Cleaned the flower up, gave it the effect of barely touching calm water. It only appears to be in water.

Lowered the truck body and gave the rims a shine job.

Cleaned up the bends, holes, scratches, and other bad spots. Also gave the black-and-white photo some mild modern-looking appearance.

Image was originally taken with a poor quality web camera. Cleaned up most of the pixelation, restored lost colors, and adjusted focus a tad.

Basically re-rendered the entire picture which was originally taken with a low quality digital camera estimated at around 2 megapixels. Removed freckles and blemishes, applied makeup, lipstick, plucked eyebrows, brightened eyes, enhanced pupils, died hair, darkened shirt.

Image created for a friend who's favorite flower is the white lily. The modified area had a series of filters applied to it for a charcoal drawing effect.
