This database was designed for a client with a short memory. Its purpose is for keeping records, details, and photographs of whoever you want. If you are like me and have a limited memory, you get friends and acquaintenances mixed up, or forget small details like birthdays and such. This database helps you keep track of all that.

After logging in, if there are any birthdays that day, it will alert you with a list of each of that day's birthdays. |

After logging in, if there are any "special events" that month, it will also alert you with a list of each of that month's events. It also calculates the new recurrence date for this year, along with days until event and years ago it happened. It calculates "days until, "today", "days ago" along with "years until", "this year", and "years ago". for the Summary |

The main navigation window. This shows you an auto-updating list of entities in your database. It shows what you know them by and what you have as their real name. Just double-click on the entity you wish to modify. Clicking on the Intel graphic saves and exists the database. |

This is a sample entry in the database. You have one master record for each person which includes their vital information. Then below is a subform which includes all other data which you can add or edit at any time. There is no limit to how many entries you can have per person. If a birthdate is given, their age is automatically calculated and updated. The ID photograph slot is 142x190 pixels (1.972" x 2.639"). |
